Our family had a lovely stay at Cuellars Hotel during the vibrant Carnival of Black and White festivities. As a professional dancer from Cartagena, I value cultural immersion, and Cuellars did not disappoint. My 5-year-old niece was mesmerized by the live concerts just a stone's throw away from the hotel - a treat for her and us.The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat for us after energetic days exploring. The attentive staff catered to our needs, making us feel at home. My niece especially loved the complimentary snacks awaiting us in the room, adding a delightful touch to our stay.Although we encountered a small hiccup with overcharging at check-in, the proactive front desk staff quickly rectified the mistake, showcasing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The newly renovated facilities and central location made our family vacation in Bogotá truly memorable. Thank you, Cuellars, for a cozy and family-friendly experience!
